These Terms govern your use of the Tyvixom platform and related services. By registering or using Tyvixom, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.
"Tyvixom" / "we" — the platform operator. "User" / "you" — anyone who accesses the platform. "Broker" — regulated third-party partners executing trades.
You must be 18+, legally able to contract, and not prohibited from using such services in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate information. You are responsible for credential security and all account activity. Report unauthorised access immediately.
Tyvixom is a technology platform offering AI analytics, automated strategies, and signals. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Trades are executed by regulated broker partners.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose part or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. See our Risk Disclosure.
No AI system, algorithm, or strategy can guarantee profits. Performance varies with market conditions.
$250 minimum deposit to activate trading. Funds are processed through verified broker partners. Tyvixom does not hold client funds directly.
All Tyvixom content, software, algorithms, and branding are proprietary. No copying, modification, or reverse engineering without written consent.
Broker partners and service providers operate under their own terms. Tyvixom is not liable for their actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyvixom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
You indemnify Tyvixom against claims arising from your use, Term violations, or third-party rights infringement.
We may suspend or close accounts for Term violations, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance. You may close your account anytime via support.
Good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved within 30 days, binding arbitration applies.
We may update these Terms with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
